In this talk, I'll lay the groundwork for the need for general AI literacy and discuss how everyday citizens can be involved in ensuring ethical AI across various industries. Through this discussion, we'll generate momentum for the everyday activist movement, empowering all citizens to feel comfortable advocating for, and engaging in discussions on the use of AI technology in their lives, jobs, and communities.
